Political Thoughts, sorry....

It has come to my attention that (I love starting a sentence that way) the media has been downplaying how much sense it would make for Ron Paul to be president. In one of his debates, he was the only one who didn't want to go to war with Iran. The wars (yes plural) are costing us trillions of dollars. Ron Paul was given about 90 seconds of time actually talking out of a three hour debate, he was the only one who was cheered for as a candidate.  If something tells me the popularity of a candidate, it's that.  He has my vote, but not because of his popularity. It's because his policy actually makes sense. Common sense is something that is extremely hard to find in the average person, let alone a politician.  Ron Paul actually makes it happen. If you don't believe me, go find his website ( I don't know it off the top of my head, if I did I would put it in here. I'll find it later.) I won't go through a list of his policies here, but I do encourage you to look into it. So I will leave you to your research now, with just one parting question.  People are ignorant of the world around them, not realizing they have no real say in society.  How can we keep people in power from exploiting this? Do we really want to?
